Dent-All of Palm City

After attempting to contact them after they shut down without notice and didn’t inform their patients, like myself, I’m without my dental records entirely. I also paid in advance for my 6 month dental hygiene cleaning and received no refund. I sent a certified letter to their office in hopes it would forward to their prior dentists on record, but no response. I’m now without a dental office or my dental records, past due on a dental hygiene appointment, and pregnant. No dentist will see me without records or a new series of X-rays, which I can’t do while pregnant. Absolutely appalled with how Dent-All left their patients without notice and I have now put in a complaint with the Florida Department of Health. If anyone has found contact with Dent-All to receive their dental records, please let me know how, too. Thanks.

Hands down the best dental visit experience Ive ever had! Kendra my hygienist was patient and gentle. For the first time ever I had a completely pain free dental experience.The front office staff is extremely organized and friendly.I ended up with a couple small cavities which were also a breeze at this office. As a first time patient I was thrilled with my experience.

My family enjoyed going to this dentist. Kendra and Lucy were very good hygienists. I would like to know which dental practice they went to. Unfortunately, it looks like this practice has fallen on hard times. I wonder if they will be selling off the patient list.

This office has unsuccessfully made two crowns that never stay on. They don’t know how to make the crown to be permanent like it should be. I would call every time it popped off and all they did was put more cement in and sent me home. I kid you Not 5 times this happened. I won’t go back for a sixth. My second opinion was clear, Dent-All of Palm City did not make the permanent crown the correct size. And get this They though they were going to keep charging me for their incompetence. I never even got offered a refund or reimbursement for all this. So if you want terrible dental procedures done and pay for it, this is the place for you.How about it Dent-All of Palm City RePay me.

Ive been a patient of Dent-All off and on for a number of years. With much trepidation I went back to them after leaving because a crown they put in lasted a year and a half before it rotted the base and broke off.So after breaking off a tooth down to the gum line, I called and made an appointment to have a tooth extraction followed by the installation of an implant.I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Freedman for the next day. I go to the appt and it was a $60 consultation! All of which he could have been telling me while pulling my tooth! So still in pain, I had to take an appt for the following week. That day I showed up 15 minutes early for my appt and was allowed to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours unaddressed by anyone in the reception area. I left!When my wife called the receptionist and asked why she just let me sit there, her reply was, well, we had things going on. Would you like to reschedule? Well, I was sitting there. There was nothing going on more than typical office business. There was absolutely no reason why I couldnt have been given periodic updates. Needless to say, I did not reschedule and will stay away for good this time.

I love coming to this office! The staff is always friendly and I never have to wait too long to get started. The hygienists don’t reprimand me too hard for not flossing (lol) and they always have smiles on their faces. The doctors are also incredible. The office culture is so positive and I can tell that everyone is happy to be there. I drive over an hour to get here and it is ALWAYS worth it. Highly recommend!

I really liked my hygienist and my experience was pleasant the first two visits. I scheduled my annual cleaning and they called and cancelled that day. I tried to reschedule and was told they could not fit me in for over a month. This was at the beginning of December. I explained for my wellness plan at work I needed to be seen in 2016 and it had to be in December in order for the plan to cover it. That is why I scheduled my appointment so far in advance. I also explained that I would receive $200.00 back from my wellness plan as long as I had the cleaning BEFORE the year ended. The receptionist acted like she didnt hear me or care and basically told me to try and call somewhere else. I was really offended and havent been back. I was also out the $200.00 even though I scheduled my appointment 3 months in advance!

Had a 1:30 appointment today. Tried to call the number wasnt any good so I went to the office and the doors are locked. No notices. No notes. No nothing. I just started going here a year ago and Im very disappointed. The staff was great. The hygienist was great. Everyone was great. Im very disappointed to find out that what they would just open abandon me

The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Dr. Dolberry is very nice and made this visit pain free and pleasant. I had a great experience considering I have not gone to the dentist in over 15 years, due to uncomfortable and painful visits in the past.

Dr. Dolberry is so compassionate and you can feel how much she truly cares about you and all of her patients. I am terrified of the dentist but each time I have stepped into this office all of the staff has been so accommodating and sweet. My last appointment was a cleaning with Lucy! Omg she’s the best too! and a filling by Dr. Dolberry- the only dentist I will go to. They are both phenomenal. I will be back!

I have been going here for while and all was well until recently. I went in because I had a cavity to get filled. They billed me $116.00 and asked me if I wanted to schedule my next cleaning and I went on my way. I get a letter in the mail from my insurance company saying I was only supposed to pay $50. I call the next day and the receptionist gave me the run around and told me they will credit it to my account for my next cavity I need filled. Apparently I had another cavity and no one decided to tell me or get me on the schedule to get it filled? So 1) they overcharge me and 2) they didnt even fill both cavities at the same time, much less tell me I had two? Something isn’t adding up here. I asked for a refund and will not be going back, not a trustworthy dentist.

Dr. Dolberry is by far the best dentist I have been to. She is professional yet caring and very knowledgeable in the field. I drive 45 minutes to see her, it’s worth it. My husband , who really hates going to the dentist and hasn’t gone in years, feels comfortable and is a patient of hers now. I highly recommend Dr. Dolberry and her staff!

Took awhile to get an appointment and then they cancelled on me at the last minute. I was able to reschedule for another day. I went in a week early to sign papers so they could get my dental records from my previous dentist and was told they did not need them. I found this weird, but there was no talking to the receptionist, she was quite short in her mannerisms. There is even a sign on their office window DO NOT TOUCH OR TAP THE GLASS. I guess you are supposed to just wait there until they decide they want to talk to you. Also there is a sign on the TV in the waiting room that says DO NOT TOUCH.I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10:45 appointment, to fill out paperwork. I went in around 11:10, they did x-rays, the 1st person and the dentist were both quite nice. Fortunately, I had my phone to keep me busy during the wait in the dental chair.After that, I was sent back to the waiting room.I went there for a cleaning. I was told they dont do cleanings on the first visit, had never been told that before and had never experienced that in 30 years of dental visits. What arrogance to force someone to take two days off from work when you just want a simple dental cleaning!!Now, I have to take off another day from work, three days total, just to get a simple dental cleaning. Absolutely horrible customer service. No one deserves to be treated like a second class citizen. I dont know if I will return or find another dentist.

I have been waiting for a call back from Dent-All Palm City, off and on, since January 10th, 2023. Was told just last week the office manager would call me back Thursday afternoon or today (March 27th). Nothing. I think I’m moving on. Too bad because until December 2022, this was a pretty great practice.

After researching my options, I chose Dent-All of Palm City to have some periodontal procedures done. As other reviews have mentioned, all the staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Pearlman (who is in the Palm City office on Mondays) is meticulous and even personally phoned to check up on me post-op. First class experience all around.

Just came back for my 6 month cleaning and I just have to say, Kendra puts the “Gentle” in Dental Hygienist”. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants their teeth cleaned with kindness and care!

Ive always enjoyed my visits here. A friendly staff can make or break the experience. I always feel welcomed by the front desk and assistants! Dr Dolberry is honest and kind and Lucy the hygienist is great! Highly recommend!

I’ve dealt with many offices and different dentist over the years and dr dolberry and her staff are by far the BEST I’ve encountered. They are friendly and sincere torwards your goals and needs.To top it off they have a very clean office and up to date and clean equipment. Couldn’t ask for anything more, thanks you guys!

Worst customer service ever. Rude, they overbook, and the office help are mostly arrogant. And they have one of those little sliding glass windows in the reception area. I hate that. Our dentist there though, was Dr. Lens. He was amazing. He left f this outfit recently and our family went with him where he has his own store. Wow! What a difference, and no sliding window.

I always leave with a big smile on my face because not only do they have of some of the nicest people you could meet , they also do an amazing job taking care of my teeth :D 10/10 would recommend going!

I have been going to this office for over 7 yrs. They are real and do not try to talk you into procedures which are not necessary. Staff is friendly, which is quite important for a medical office.

Dr. Ashley is the best, no pain, the crown fits like a glove!, the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend them!

Dr Sarno is such a great dentist. Has a great personality and makes going to the dentist relaxing.
